1. How do I place an order?
Once you have added an item to your basket, you will be able to review the
contents of the basket.
To alter the quantity of a product, type the new figure in the relevant text
box then select the 'Update Basket' button to refresh the contents of your
basket.
To remove a product from your basket, highlight the product and click the
'Remove' button.
If you wish to proceed to the Checkout and
Alternatively, you may continue shopping.
2. How do I complete my order?
Once you are happy with your selection of titles click the 'go to checkout'
button.
If you are a school or large institution you can choose to pay by invoice rather than credit card. To acivate this option, simply tick the appropriate box on the registration page. Please note that you can shop with a credit card immediately, but that it takes 2 working days to process your application the first time you ask to pay by invoice.
3. How quickly will my order arrive?
The majority of orders are processed and despatched within 2-3 working day
of receiving the order, as only those items that are currently in stock can
be ordered from the site (any product that is out of stock is displayed as
such on the web site).
4. How safe are my details?
All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number
and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is
transmitted across the Internet. OneStopEducation.co.uk is fully comitted to the
security of your data.
